John is in his 11th year as a Realtor in the High Country of North Carolina, specializing in Banner Elk and the surrounding areas of Avery and Watauga Counties.
John graduated from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, and had a career as a CPA and later as Treasurer of a New York Stock Exchange company.
John is noted for his negotiating skills, honesty, professionalism, responsiveness and knowledge of the market. John has the experience to assist with any of your real estate needs given the large number of sales transactions he has conducted.
Volunteering is a big part of John’s activities, including serving as Treasurer of the Banner Elk Kiwanis Club for the past 10 years, handling Concerts in the Park for 5 years and being in charge of the July 4th Party in the Park since 2012.
John has lived in Banner Elk year round since June 2005. John was born in New York and spent 33 years in South Florida before making Banner Elk his home!
